Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package has been successfully delivered to the correct address provided, Polieco is unable to take responsibility for it going missing after the fact, and we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement. We highly recommend reaching out directly to the carrier with your tracking number so they can investigate the delivery route. We also suggest checking with neighbors or your building management, as packages can sometimes be placed in unexpected spots.
