Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've got you covered.
Free Returns & Exchanges with Checkout+
At checkout, you'll see the option to add Checkout+ for a small fee. If you opted in, your return or exchange is completely free — no labels to buy, no hoops to jump through.
To get started, visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal and follow the steps.
*Items from the “Almost Gone” Collection are final sale. Checkout+ is not applicable to products in this category.
Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No need to place a new order.
Select your exchange item directly through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Once your return tracking shows it's on its way back to us, we'll ship your new item out.
If you have Checkout+ coverage, exchanges are completely free.

Didn't Add Checkout+ at Checkout?
No worries — you can still return or exchange. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we're not responsible for lost return packages.
